Check your order carefully before submitting. Indian Hair Emporium is not responsible for errors in order placement. We may adjust your order after it is brought to our attention. Additional charges for adjustment are the responsibility of the customer. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN!

Due to the Holidays and this time of year we are experiencing higher than usual order volume at this time. Deliveries may be delayed. Please allow an additional 1-3 Business days for all orders until further notice effective November 21, 2017. Please note any order received over the weekend will not get processed until the first business day on Monday.
If you purchased during a Sale, PLEASE allow 7-10 Business days to process and receive tracking numbers. However, we will process your order as quickly as possible and in the order they are received. Once you receive tracking number, it will take 2-3 Business Days for delivery. Please allow 1-3 additional days for Holidays and delays with shipment during any sale. USPS delivery days and hours may differ during this season so shipping may be delayed. Thanks for your continued support and PATIENCE!
Exchanges and store credits may be accepted only after authorization. Authorizations are at the sole discretion of the company. A 20% restocking fee will be levied.
Exchanges must be accompanied by the original invoice.
No exchanges are accepted after hair has been manipulated in any manner including removal from original packaging. Hair must remain in original unopened package. Call within 24 hrs. of delivery confirmation for exchange merchandise authorization. If authorization is granted, further instructions will be provided to you via email. A tracking number MUST be provided to email@example.com when making returns for exchange or store credit.
With regard to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a very strict policy as reards to exchanging of merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange will be thoroughly inspected. If the item has been removed from the original bundle packaging and used in any visible manner, we will not accept any exchanges/store credits for the merchandise. This includes wearing, shampooing, brushing, combing, coloring, etc.
Exchanges have to be received within the time specified above before a store credit or exchange is issued.
Indian Hair Emporium is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Indian Hair Emporium is not liable for inaccurate and incomplete addresses and shipping methods.
Orders can not be changed after it has been processed. Once the order is processed/shipped it is a completed order.
Hair is usually shipped within 2-3 business days after orders are submitted and processed for items in stock. WHEN ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK, IT MAY TAKE 7- 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE 7- 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY. Hair may be shipped by USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
All shipping and handling expenses are paid for by the customer. Insurance is used at customers request and expense.
Indian Hair Emporium is not responsible for delayed shipping due to inclement weather, holidays, and postal delays.
Custom orders may be delayed up to two weeks depending upon availability and complexity of the order. Custom orders can not be exchanged or returned.
Wholesale orders are welcomed! A state issued license must be on file with Indian Hair Emporium via email for verification. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
